Defensive combination dealing with ball screening on an attacking ball-handler in a training process of the Czech National Female Basketball League teams.

Title: Defensive combination dealing with ball screening on an attacking ball-handler in a training process of the Czech Female Basketball League teams. Results: The main goal of the thesis is to find out how important is the defensive combination which deals with screening on an attacking ball-handler by her teammate who is off-ball and how much time is spent dealing with this combination according to the coaches of the teams of the Czech Female Basketball League. Methods: The data for the thesis were collected using the unstandardized questionnaire. The methods of evaluation and analysis were applied to examine the results of each question in the questionnaire. Results: I found out that the majority of the Czech Female Basketball League teams spend more time practicing the defensive variation of screening that the offensive one. I also found out that the Czech Female Basketball League teams practice all the possible variations of the defensive combination dealing with ball screening on an attacking ball-handler.
